Five social initiatives of the first President

At al-Farabi Kazakh national University, first-year students of the faculty of Philology and world languages of the Kazakh Department together with a teacher of the Department of Kazakh literature and theory of literature spent an educational hour on “5 social initiatives of the President.” Students paid special attention to the third point – the allocation of a large number of educational grants.

Students of the group carefully studied the 5 initiatives of the President, expressed the opinion that the decision is correct and important not only for incoming students, but also for all students. This is a great chance for many yesterday’s students to receive a grant and a future prfession. Especially lucky for those who will qualify for a philological specialty. Our country needs specialists in the Humanities to develop creative abilities and new technologies that meet international standards. This will be a huge help for many graduates from low-income families who studied well and received knowledge at school, but did not have the opportunity to study for a fee.

Initiatives to build new, modern hostels that meet international standards are an important social issue for many students who come from remote regions. And if this issue is resolved, then all students will be happy and they will feel the care of the state and will try even more to study well and work for the benefit of their University and country.

One of the Initiatives N..Nazarbayev called “new opportunities of purchase of housing.” He said that mortgage loans should become more affordable. The second initiative of Nazarbayev put forward a reduction from next year the tax burden on the population with low incomes. As a third idea, he proposed improving conditions for students, promising to allocate an additional 20,000 educational grants and calling to think about public-private partnership in the construction of dormitories for students. Fourthly, the President of Kazakhstan spoke about the need to expand microcredit in order to make loans available to villagers seeking to open a business. Students otimeli that now courses prepare the presentations of the startup of the RAM English for the opening of the business. In their opinion, it can also help students to reject the business. The educational hour was fruitful and 5 Initiatives of the first President inspired the students.
