In the context of the establishment of the humanistic paradigm in education as the greatest value recognized free, developed and educated person, able to live and create in an ever-changing world. Creative potential, developed in student years, can become a solid the main personality any practitioner. An important condition for achieving this goal is to create a creative variable, and at the same time, rich in various activities, a full-fledged educational environment of the University.

Al-Farabi Kazakh national University is a model of creating a rich and developing educational environment, as special attention is paid not only to the improvement of the educational process, but also to the development of extracurricular activities, including social and educational activities.

The University revived the Institute of pedagogical mentoring and strengthened the educational functions of advisors, now called curators-advisors. Aktiviziruyutsya club forms of working with students. Today the Treasury operates 374 of the club and a mug.

Each student in the KazNU can find a program and a project to your liking and claims. The Department of Kazakh literature and theory of literature of KazNU also does not remain aloof from University traditions.
